Happy Sunday! Hard to believe we're already at week 17! With so many distractions in every aspect of life, the season seemed to have flown by. Yes, most of said distractions were negative, however a few highlights managed to shine through all the bullshit (Bills, cough). And this blogger shouldn't be so negative. There was a time when we were concerned that the NFL season wouldn't happen at all. And to the credit of the league, although unorthodox, all games have been played to complete an entire regular season.
Anyways, let's get right to it. After week 16, @TSLFinky was able to remain on top of the leader board. He has secured his victory in the inaugural Turtle Sports NFL Pick'em league after his perfect week, while @kcastillo_31 devastatingly went 2-1. Ky can thank the Browns for showing their true colors against the JETS for his one L. The race for 3rd place is the talk of the town. Both @Bill4Bets and our girl Krista @positive_human47 (Insta) are currently tied for third. This is the best rivalry in the TSL Pick'em league, so you're gonna want to pay attention. In a surprising move, @DavidJWitkowsk1 did not pick his home town Eagles for week 17. He's still in the race for 3rd place as well, but he's gonna need some help from the field. @HeyItsDave is apparently still making picks, however, despite a perfect 3-0 week 16, his record is 29-19, so no one really cares.
So, how will the regular season end for the folks at TSL? Will @Bill4Bets pick of the Seattle Seagulls come back to finally bite him in the ass or will he be able to keep @positive_human47 (Insta) pinned underneath him? Will @TSLFinky be a gracious winner or is it possible he hasn't won anything at all since there will possibly be a playoff bracket? (yes, there will be). Will @DavidJWitkowsk1 finally get his second tie of the season? (no, he didnt). And just exactly where is the 'neutral zone'??? These questions ~ and more ~ will be answered during the final week of the NFL regular season.
