Thor’s Thunder is coming down in class for today’s race. His first career win came on Aug. 3rd at Ft. Erie where he earned his 2nd highest Speed figure of 75. Since that win, he has had 3 races with his last race 2 weeks ago, a 5th place finish where he lacked late speed. This move down should bode well for Trainer Julie Mathes who over the last 30 days, has her horses winning at 27%, ITM at 53% with a +56% ROI. Although Clayton leads the field with an average Speed of 90, Mighty Heart comes into today’s 85th running of the Prince of Wales with 2 consecutive 96 Speed figures and strong Pace Ratings.
