Another day, another chance to play the Belmont Stakes Festival from Saratoga. Day two is here, and we are looking to rebound from an awful day one. Yesterday, we had only two of ten top pick winners for a small loss and negative ROI. If you dove further into our picks, you know we only added one more second-chance winner for an even bigger negative ROI. Saratoga has always been a tough track for us, and before this week is over, we are hoping to figure out why.

Today's card is stacked as well, with 11 total races, four of which are stakes races. The featured race today comes in the tenth, the Belmont Gold Cup Stakes. This is a Grade 2, two-mile route on the inner turf for four-year-olds and up, and it has a purse of $250k. Both our cappers have offered up their top rated along with our Lundin Line to give you the best chance to cash some tickets.

The weather should cooperate for now, with highs in the upper 80s and mostly sunny skies expected throughout the day. We are watching the forecast closely with the Belmont Stakes on Saturday, and rain is currently forecasted. The track was fast and the turf was firm yesterday, and with the current weather trend, we anticipate there being no changes to that.
