Saratoga Race Course 🏇🏾 // Fri. Aug. 4, 2023

Happy Friday!

While everyone knows that Chester Racecourse (Chester, UK), established in 1539 is recognized as the world's oldest still in operation, we bet you didn't know that today is International Beer Day 🍺. One of the perks of this holiday is that you get to leave work whenever you want and head to the bar without having to tell your boss 🤔.

For your 🏇🏾wagering pleasure, our #LundinLine heads to the third oldest racecourse in the U.S. - that being Saratoga Race Course for their 11 races, which includes the G3, 400K Saratoga Oaks Invitational (R7) and the G2, 500K National Museum of Racing Hall of Fame (R8). If you're thinking "Hey Turtle Sports guys, what are the 2nd oldest & oldest racecourses in the U.S.?" (see answers below).

Need help pickin' winners? We've got you covered! Our #LundinLine - (Always Free) top pix and best bets are below in this post. We use them to help narrow down the field while we're puttin' our tickets together. First post will be here soon, so don't be late - It's time to get #InTheMoney! 💰🏇🏻💰🏇🏻💰🤑

Oh, and don't forget to follow us @_TurtleSports and subscribe to our site so you don't miss any of the action. You'll be glad you did! Let's Ride!

- The oldest racetrack in the United States is Freehold Raceway in New Jersey. It opened in the 1830s but races harness horses.

- The 2nd oldest (but oldest for Thoroughbreds) is Fair Ground Racetrack in New Orleans, LA which first hosted a race in 1838.
