MLB Plays Friday 6/13/25

Happy Jason Voorhees Day! That's right, it’s Friday the 13th, and to celebrate, we're looking to perform well on the diamond. Yesterday, we had a slightly disappointing day as the Giants were walked off by the struggling Rockies, despite covering the run line for most of the game. My extra play pushed since there was no score in the Yankees game after five innings. If you took the +1/2 at -120, you could have cashed in, but unfortunately, I didn't mention that one.

We are still up for the week, and we're excited to kick off several weekend series today. The Rangers haven't announced a pitcher yet, so that line is currently a consensus line and may change once the pitcher is named. Good luck with all your plays today, whether you choose to follow or fade!

Here are a few important points to remember before you start playing any of the games listed below:

1. We will only place bets to risk, not to win. This means we will risk one unit to win whatever the payout is. There are numerous plays available, and risking more one unit to win a full unit can lead to quick losses.

2. We will avoid betting on lines that are at, or sometimes near, -200. Instead, we will assess teams based on the run line to determine if a good play exists.

3. The price listed is the price we found when we prepared this post. We do not shop for prices, as we are located in California and have limited options. All suggested plays will be based on this price, although your bookmaker may have slightly different odds.

4. From our experience last year, our system was particularly effective for series prices, which you will also find listed below. Please remember that the same rules from point 3 apply.

  1. We advocate for playing listed when placing your wagers. A pitching change could affect the line, and we must ensure we are using the proper information to make the best wager.
