Today marks one of the biggest days in horse racing and is probably the biggest of the winter season. It's like the winter, Florida style, Kentucky Derby. We are talking about the Pegasus World Cup today in Hallandale, FL from Gulfstream Park!!! Last year's winner Life is Good raced in some of the biggest races around the world including three wins in graded stakes action, two of which were G1. That means you could be witnessing the winner becoming a top horse in 2023!!! Today should be a fun, lucrative, and exciting day to put some coin in your pocket to kick the weekend off!!! Overall today's card includes 13 races, seven of which are graded stakes (we already went over this), and starts at 7:50 AM Pacific. There are mandatory payouts in the Late Pick 5, lake pick 4, and Pegasus pick 3 to close out the day. These pools will be enormous so make sure you get those tickets in so you don't miss out! Running conditions are looking good as you would expect in Florida at this time of year. Temperatures are in the mid 70s with a chance of ran to being and end the day but that's always possible in the Sunshine State (we like irony here at Turtle Sports).
